Warranty terms and conditions

1.      Guarantee obligations apply to products sold in Lithuania, with a guarantee voucher from „Tamsta“ company's warranty service.

2.      The warranty does not cover if:

         -         guarantee voucher filled out incorrectly;
         -         there are deletions or corrections in the guarantee voucher;
         -         missing date or seller's signature in the guarantee voucher;
         -         the product was not used for its intended purpose (not complying with the requirements specified in the manual);
         -         warranty seals are damaged or there are indications that the product was tried to open;
         -         any self-repair of the product was performed;
         -         there are mechanical damage;
         -         the product was connected incorrectly to a power source, or was damaged due to excessive high voltage, voltage jumps during electrical installation work in substations, distribution devices, etc.;
         -         the product is damaged by lightning, fire, water and other natural effects, aggressive substances, liquids, etc.;
         -         foreign matters (dusts, insects, etc.) was found in the product;

3.      Guarantee obligations do not apply to product accessories with limited lifetime (batteries, vacuum tubes, etc.);

4.      Guarantee obligations do not apply to audio speakers and loudspeakers with overheated audio coils or mechanically damaged speakers;

5.      The product can be changed if the malfunctions can not be fixed. When changing the product, the guarantee voucher remains the same, and the warranty period is not extended. In the remaining warranty period, the product is not replaced by a new one, and the money paid is not refundable. When changing the product, the customer must compensate for mechanical damage that occurred by using the product;

6.      Tamsta company is not liable for damages that have occurred due to ignorance or failure to follow the instructions during operation and storage.
